How long does it take to receive our photos and videos?
We typically deliver your edited photos and videos within three weeks after your session. We send a photo preview within a week of your session.
Can we include our pets in the session?
Absolutely! We love including pets as they are an integral part of the family story.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions may rescheduled in the event of illness or scheduling conflict. The retainer is non-refundable, but may be used towards another session.
Do you travel for sessions?
Yes, we are available for travel to capture your family’s story in your home or at a location that is meaningful to you. Additional travel fees may apply for locations further than one hour from Sherborn, MA. Reach out and let us know what you have in mind.
How old should a baby be for a newborn session?
For the best results, we recommend scheduling your newborn session when your baby is between 5 and 14 days old; this is when they are still in that wonderful sleepy phase, making it easier to capture those precious, curled-up poses that parents love. During this time, they also tend to be more flexible and easier to soothe, allowing us to create beautifully serene images that celebrate the early days of your little one’s life. If your baby is a bit older, don’t worry; we can still create stunning images that tell your family’s unique story.
